Biography
George (James) Lambert, baritone and teacher, was born in Long Preston, Yorkshire, England, on the 17th of December 1900, and died in Toronto on the 13th of September 1971. In 1932, Lambert joined the teaching staff of the Toronto Conservatory of Music (TCM); he taught there until his death. See the Canadian Encyclopedia for a full biography.
